Description
We are looking for two senior level AI Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of AI Engineering capabilities. In this role, you will unify technical delivery, development processes, and architecture into a coherent, production-grade AI-enabled software development model.
You will be responsible for defining and implementing an AI Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC) and ensuring its practical adoption across day-to-day delivery. The goal is to leverage AI in a meaningful way throughout the development lifecycle while maintaining high standards of quality, governance, and documentation.
The role requires a strong hands-on approach, combining strategic thinking with practical execution. You will drive pilots, validate outcomes, and scale proven solutions into a sustainable production model.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of AI SDLC practices
Define target architecture and a phased roadmap for scaling AI capabilities.
Ensure effective use of AI across the software development lifecycle:
o preparation / requirements
o coding
o documentation
o analysis
o review
o test preparation and execution
Drive pilot initiatives and scale successful solutions into production
Improve delivery speed and productivity without compromising quality or governance
Improve delivery speed and productivity without weakening quality, control, or documentation
Provide evidence and recommendations for scaling in all SDLC areas
Bring practical experience from piloting and scaling AI SDLCs
Requirements
· Strong hands-on AI engineering experience, particularly in applying AI within the software development lifecycle
· Proven track record of piloting and scaling AI-driven solutions in real-world environments
· Ability to demonstrate credible delivery track record, not just conceptual or target-state design
· Experience from real-world pilot or scaling initiatives is required
· Experience in OP environment is considered a plus
