China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. (CHEC) is a world-renowned international
contractor and a leading provider of comprehensive services across the entire
industry chain for both public and private sectors.



We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to Kouvola, Finland to manage, organize, and control data center project documentation throughout the project lifecycle using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and correspondence management.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ACC projects and folders: set up permissions, naming conventions, and metadata/tags to support search and reporting.

  • Control document lifecycle: upload, review, publish, supersede, and archive drawings, models, specifications, and records.

  • Administer workflows: configure and monitor RFIs, submittals, transmittals, issues, and approvals within ACC.

  • Version control and audit trail: ensure traceability, track revisions, and maintain document logs and dashboards.

  • Create and maintain templates: folder structures, review workflows, forms, and reporting layouts.

  • Quality assurance: perform document checks for completeness, format, and compliance with company and client standards.

  • Coordination and support: train end users, troubleshoot access/sync issues, and liaise with project managers, design teams, and external partners.

  • Integration and data hygiene: coordinate links with related tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC modules, SharePoint), enforce metadata standards, and prevent duplication.

  • Reporting: generate weekly/monthly status reports, overdue items, and KPI dashboards (e.g., submittal cycle times, RFI aging).

  • Closeout: compile turnover packages/O&M manuals, as-builts, and finalize archives per contract requirements.

  • In addition to ACC-related responsibilities, the role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, as well as the collection, filing, and maintenance of letters and company documentation



What we expect from you


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in document controlling

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.

  • Fluency in Finnish and English
