Job Description

• Manual assembly and testing of standardized cable products
  

• Other tasks supporting production as needed
  

• Experience in manual soldering (through work experience or relevant vocational training such as electronics assembler or micromechanic).
  

• Strong work ethic, focus, and attention to detail
  

• Proficiency in English (English is the working language)
  

• Ability to follow routines and handle pressure
  

• Good manual dexterity for working with small components and wires
  

• Full-time day shift (40h/week)
  

• An opportunity to grow and develop your skills in production work
  

Chosen candidates will be employed by Barona Teollisuus Oy for fixed-term contract till 30.9.2026. You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday. The work is mainly done in a day shift, but there needs to be readiness for 2-shift model if needed.
