Description

The Role

As a Solution Analyst, you will support our client’s Energy-as-a-Service growth within Heating & Cooling Nordics by evaluating and guiding the financial viability of technical and commercial solutions in Finnish growth projects.

In this role, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain business case calculations, investment analyses, and decision-making materials. In addition, you will support sales efforts by providing compelling quantitative insights and financial arguments that demonstrate the value of our client’s solutions to prospective customers.

You will analyse leads and ongoing projects, assessing their profitability and supporting resource-allocation decisions at different project stages. Working closely with technical and commercial teams, you will contribute to solution development through continuous financial evaluation and prepare value-selling materials for customer presentations.

The role involves managing multiple analytical workstreams simultaneously, often with varying timelines and levels of complexity. You will work with large datasets and advanced financial models, transforming data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and customers.

You will collaborate with a wide range of experts and decision-makers, from operational specialists to senior leadership. Success in this role requires the ability to tailor analyses and communication to different audiences while presenting financial information clearly and convincingly.

Although you will not have direct budget ownership, you will have a significant influence on investment decisions, financial planning, and the evaluation of major CAPEX investments within Heating & Cooling Nordics. Your work will directly impact the quality and success of our client’s sales and growth initiatives.
