YOUR TASKS

You'll be working on the production floor at Bluefors Oy, handling precision copper components used in advanced scientific equipment. Your day-to-day tasks include:

• Operating industrial washing machines and spray-wash equipment, hanging items in wash racks and managing the full wash cycle
  
• Drying and packing cleaned components carefully after washing
  
• Preparing components for further processing through mechanical cleaning
  
• Finishing components after processing, ensuring they meet quality standards
  
• Participating in washing equipment maintenance tasks, including changing wash water and filters
  
• You will handle components with a high level of care — copper parts scratch easily and require a very gentle touch
  

The components vary in size and shape — flanges, small parts, and larger cylinders. Most pieces weigh from a few grams to a couple of kilograms. The larger ones can exceed 10 kg, but lifting and hanging is not continuous work.

• Careful, precise approach to hands-on work
  
• Quality and safety mindset — you notice details and take them seriously
  
• Ability to handle delicate components gently and consistently
  
• Good physical condition for occasional light lifting
