Are you passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and creating an outstanding online shopping experience? We're looking for an E-commerce Specialist to help grow our Finnish online store and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do

• Manage and update content, banners, products, and brands in our e-shop.

• Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and discount coupons.

• Ensure all Finnish content is accurate, localized, and customer-friendly.

• Support customers by handling inquiries and resolving order-related issues.

• Plan and send newsletters while helping improve email marketing automation.

• Monitor e-shop performance and recommend improvements based on data.

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent Finnish with strong English communication skills.

• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, content management, or online retail.

• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

• Experience with platforms such as Magento, PimCore, Google Analytics 4, or similar systems is an advantage.
